The KO44 is a pyrotechnic colored screening smoke munition primarily used for crowd management situations. It is designed to be used for screening operations or for color signaling and marking.

Offered in short, mid, and long range variations, the KO44 allows the operator the ability to accurately place screening smoke at varying distances. Additionally the KO44 is available in a variety of colors to provide better screening capabilities during operations. Average burn times range between 20-30 seconds.
